holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a specialization in Human Resources and brings over 30 years of extensive experience in business management, human resources, and administrative leadership across large and multi-sector organizations.
Their career includes senior leadership roles in strategic planning, team management, compliance, inspection, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment), and administrative services. They have successfully developed human resource policies and implemented operational strategies to enhance organizational performance.
